Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, all automatic knives (including Benchmade Auto, Boker Auto, and California Legal Auto models) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. These premium mechanisms require special handling that prevents us from accepting returns.

- Original Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging
- Free Exchanges: For defective or incorrect items (excluding automatics)

For non-defective returns:

4. Processing & Refund
