Absolutely! Every knife undergoes our 3-step quality control process: Authentication Check (verifying branded merchandise), Function Test (ensuring smooth operation), and Secure Packaging (protective and discreet).

How long does order processing take?
All orders undergo 1-2 business days of processing where we hand-check every blade before shipment. Expedited processing is not currently available, but many customers choose our faster shipping options for quicker delivery.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Both shipping methods include tracking. For Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive detailed tracking updates. EMS shipments also include tracking, though updates may be less frequent.
Why does delivery take longer to some locations?
Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processing. Remote areas may experience longer transit times. Our Free Economy Shipping via EMS is more cost-effective but generally slower than our Standard option.
Returns & Exchanges
